Bottom line is if it takes time away from finding other deals then hire a contractor. But if you need the money to go on to another deal then do the work. I will myself spend half a day on each. If I find another deal I will stop and hire contractors for both. Then my free time will be used up keeping track of contractors. Never stop looking for the new deals.
