Rehab Software

I am new to rehabbing and I am posting to find out if anybody uses any special type of rehab software particularly designed for real estate. Or does anybody know of any good real estate software to use to keep track properties, loans, and accounting stuff? I read a few post on using Quickbooks for accounting purposes but I wanted to know if anyone had any other suggestions. Thanks

    Thanks also this would be the best cost effective solution.
