small hole drywall patch $50 per hole maybe a discount on multiple holes
(dinner plate size or door knob ((most common))
Larger holes $75 for low visibility area $100 high visibility area
    1/4 inch bedroom overlays $200 to $250
1/4 inch front room overlay $250 to $300 depending on size
(based on 70's flat rancher style home)
bathrooms (usually water damage) and kitchens (usually cut up or high visibility)are a different beast
This is for labor only MATERIAL EXTRA :o)
thats what I used to charge a few years back.
Also now adays they have texture in a can which would have made my matching textures alot easier. and 1 last comment 3M has a pre-textured drywall sticker(the ones I seen were about the size of a half dollar), stick it on and paint

all areas are different this was in Spokane WA

Not a list the the begginings of one :o)[ Edited by jasonkanan on Date 03/26/2004 ]

I done 3 rehabs in the SF Bay Area, so my prices maybe higher than those in other areas. I do try to get deals on the materials and labor whenever possible. For example I have a church group that paints the exteriors and they are half as expensive than if I had a normal contrator do the work.

Here are some costs related to a 3/2 1200 sf single family that I am working on right now.

    Roof (5 -6K)
    Int. Paint (1K)
    Exterior Paint (1.5K)
New 6 panel int. doors ($150 - door, hardware, installation)
Kitchen Lino ($100 - did it myself, probably $500 for a contractor)
Windows for enitre house, including slider (3K, windows from home depot, carpenter buddy did the install)
    Carpet - (approx 900 sf, 1.5K installed)
Bathrooms and kitchens are another story, they can range from a few hundred bucks for cleanup to 2K -5K depending on what needs to be done.

    Hope this helps
