If it is the same company out of Orlando- My Attorney has advised me not to deal with them.

I bought 17 houses from them over a 2 year period in Tampa. Interesting operation. Not always the best deals, but they offer a "one stop shop" with their own hard money lenders available to finance the deal. What have you heard?

Have you talked to local real estate agents about their estimate of the value? Sometimes Zillow is good, other times it is way off. Agents can probably give you the best indication of value based on the comps. in the neighborhood.

List it with us and when you purchase one of the featured advertisements, you have the option of having us export the listing to several other websites for you.

Thanks for listing your methods to sell your rehabs. I have used craigs list. But wanted to ask what flat fee mls service did you use that was only $100? I would like to find one that was that inexpensive.
    thanks again for your input.

When talking to them in casual conversation find out about their income sources, length of time on job, do they have to sell another house to purchase yours etc. If it sounds good have them call your mortgage broker that can make it happen. They will not want to give the broker or you private information such as SS numbers unless they are about to purchase. Some shoppers after they find they get good financing through your mortgage source might decide to keep looking now that they are fully armed with available mortgage. Ask your broker about this and see if you can limit that problem.
