Real Estate Agents and Rehabbing
I have a list of potential properties I am interested in. They are Sally-Mae Owned Properties but they are dispersed through various real estate agents. Most of the houses I am interested in are with this specific realtor. Should I contact him directly. Should I get a buyer's agent? Should he be my agent?
I would personally do business with him. This may be a good way to establish a working relationship with a realtor who does work with REO and Gov.'t foreclosures. Being a realtor myself, I would always welcome the opportunity to build my investor client list.
Worth a shot to see if you guys have a "fit". Never know, he may contact his investors being actually "listing" the property on the MLS, giving them 1st shot.
