Question About Sewer Septic
I am looking at a property for rehab and I asked about the sewer septic and the agent told me it had a septic tank and not a public sewer I was wondering how much it would cost to make it a public sewer and if I do not convert it, would that affect the resale value of the house after rehab? thanks :-o
In some parts of the country you have to buy into the sewer system. In my county just the hook-up fee to the County is $5800.
