Question About A Fence

jmac1582 profile photo

I recently purchased a house that needs work. I am now at the stage to go outside and do some landscaping. I have a chain link fence with two different colored slats in them (black and white)...very ugly. It has big vines going through some parts of the fence. It would cost too much to replace the fence or even just the slats...I am thinking about just spray painting over the slats to make it one color. Or maybe I should just leave it alone and have the new homeowner worry about that. What are your thoughts, suggestions??

Thanks, Jeremy

I have used flat fee services for a while now. You must realise that while there is a flat fee to list the house you will still have to pay the buyers agent a commission. Generally the commission rate is about half of the normal listing amount of your area. Hope this helps.
