Private Investors
I'm about to place an ad looking for a private investor here in the nj/nyc area and I had a couple of questions
1) When using a private investor do you usually pay them the interest according to the term the money was borrowed or do you pay them the interest for a full year or does it depend on the agreement between you and the investor?
2) What kind of questions should I be asking an investor that may call and what kind of questions may I expect them to ask me?

Good question. If anyones knows of any private lenders in the Miami, FL area who deal with CRE, please pass on their information. As well as title companies, real estate attorneys, etc.
