Private Equity Lenders - Any Out There?
My husband and I are new to Real Estate Investing and we are looking for a Private Equity Lender. I can't seem to find any, but I know they are out there. Does anyone know where to point me? (We just want to buy, rehab, then sell without pulling out a mortgage...)
