Partnership
Hey guys i am new to the game and just wanted to know if anyone had luck working with partners in their rehabs splitting it 50/50 one comes up with financeing and the other finds the property and does repairs. Im asking because my limit is maxed and im haveing a hard time purchaseing this one property. I have a close freind interested in funding my projects if we split the profits. so what is the best way to ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***s 50/50 to much i have not found a property that is that profitable yet.what should i do?
I had a friend that worked a partnership like that, and all went well. Just make sure you have a good contractual agreement in place before you start.

I work with someone on a per deal basis... he gets the rehab profit and I get the property profits.... we have a good working relationship and plenty of trust...
They are not easy to find...
keep everything in writing and stick to your contracts....
I am involved in one right now. So far, so good!
If things continue to go well with this we will be doing a lot more.
