Painting Garage

Hello , everyone, I was wondering what fellow rehabbers thoughts are on painting a garage. it is attached garage, sheetrocked but very dirty. The place will be a $900 rental. Trying to decide to clean it up or paint it. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    i would clean it agood as possible. the paint it with "kiltz" primer then paint it the color of choice. the "kiltz" will cover stains. .....km

    If any of the dirt is of an oil nature use the oil based kilz otherwise the Kilz II will work just fine.
