One Bedroom House Turned Into 3 Bedroom
I have a one bedroom house that needs major repairs. I own it free and clear on a decent sized lot. can i just add two more bedrooms and another bathroom to it or would i be best to call the dozer and start from scratch. Had to ask the pros 1st

What are the other properties in the area going for? If you put up a brand new $200k house in a area of $25k houses, you won't get your money out of it.

I was about to sell it for 35k to a rehabber. neighborhood is mostly rentals homes built from 1950s to 1970s no new construction. I was goig to use it as a rental once rehabbed

home value ranges from mid 20's to 90 or so for the brick homes at other end of street sorry i forgot that!
