New Investor
Hello Everyone,
My name is Jim and I am a fairly new investor in the Chicago market. I am seeking any advice that anyone could give me regarding where to find rehabbing leads in the area. I am very eager to begin building relationships and deals in the immediate future. If anyone has any info that they would like to share with me that would be greatly appreciated. Did you pay the 1000? If not then you just went to their preliminary sale marketing information.
That sounds like National Grants Conferences, I paid the $1000. It gets you a two day motivational seminar in your area (VERY GOOD) and a phone "Mentor". You can also join an additional level and have more intensive training. Sound familiar?
I can say they have helped keep me motivated and have helped find me 100% finance for deals. And they have been able to answer any question I had about real estate. They can help you with grants for real estate and business. MY 2 fwiw
"Caps Lock On" means that you typed part of or the entire message while the CAPS LOCK was on. (basically you typed your message using all capital letters).
There is no reason to be yelling at anyone. "CAPS"
