needing info
hello investors. i am a beginning investor and i had a question about combining the business of rehabbing with new construction. has anyone here ever considered or done this?? if so, did you find it profitable or is it even possible? i have a minor construction background and i have been reading up on the rehab business for about a year now trying to equip myself with the necessary knowledge. Does anyone have advice for a beginning 23 year old investor??...thanks.
Is your backround new construction or remodeling? the two are verry differant.
I can build anything. I am a remodeler so I would not be as efficaint at new construction. I find more profet in a $150k Than looking into a$360K new construction project that takes longer and is heavely regulated.
Best to start with any existing experance you have and your passtion
