Need Used Gas Furnace In York, PA Or MD Or VA HELP!
Hello to all...I have a rehab project that I will be starting in York, PA and I need info on a used furnace. I don't want to go new in order to keep cost down. I had great success in the past finding a used furnace for a great price and I'm back in the market again. Actually 7 years later the same used furnace is still cooking away and pretty efficiently. This is a rehab and flip. Anyway the house currently has the old radiant floor heat that does work just so inefficiently. I want to replace it with a gas forced air. The house is a typical row home in this area, that is 3 story with basement and has about 1400 sq ft. I want to heat the entire home. So if anyone knows this area or in close proximenty (PA, MD,VA) please advise. Also I will listen to your comments if you've dealt with something similar and how you made out .
I personally like to use "Ebay" for as many things as I can. YOu can get new forced air furnaces for less than $600. often 3-400.
Other than that try looking in the local ad papers and surely one will pop up.

Thanx...I did check ebay and they do exist for good prices, just none in my immediate area.
