Need to tap into investment prop equity
I have come across another rehabber! :coolgrin: But I currently have most of my available investment funds tied up in my rental property. I have approximatly 25% equity and which equates out to about 23,000. I need 12,500 down for a HUD fixer upper. And was wanting to find out what some of you folks have done. Thanks in advance! :P
