Need Some Information On REI Groups In Mid Missouri
I have posted about this before and I am still searching for REI groups in Central Missouri, but no luck so far. Most are in KC ( 3 hours away) and St. Louis (2 hours away). Are there any Missourians on the TCI forums that might know of any local groups within Central Missouri?

Over the years I have had to replace 2 lines in properties to the tune of $2500 each. Both built in the 40s & 50s. During that time they used a pipe product that I think was called "red pipe" or "clay pipe." It tends to crack and roots enter/crush it easily. Later installations of concrete pipes seem to last much longer. One client with a duplex paid $5,000 because of the difficulty geting equipment into her inner city backyard and alleyway.
Yes, I have a visual inspection on any house built before 1975.
