Hi,

my 3/1 ARM - the first 3-year is due soon with Washington Mutual, can you refinance 3/1 ARM?

    Unless the note includes a prepayment penalty, yes.

    Even if it does you can refinance if you pay the prepayment penalty.

    Thanks for the info, but her son called me and said he is going to sue me for not returning the security money, does he has a case? what should I tell him?
