Money For Converting For Wheelchairs?

Has anyone had any luck getting money from the government (local/state/federal) to make your place handicapped accessible? We need some work done on a bathroom and I'm wondering if I can get the man to pay for it! The place is otherwise perfect for a wheelchair user.

Also, do you know if there are any different tax breaks for helping ADA? confused

    Dear Michael,

Like to read? I got the perfect book for you. It is written by a guy by the name of: A.D. Kessler and is called A Fortune At Your Feet. All about real estate. Good to read but like most things in life, reading is not doing. He wrote it well. I enjoy it but like going to Law School and practicing law, two different things.

the reason I suggest the book is because he spent a rather long period of time in a wheelchair and other then growing the most distinguished beard I have ever seen, he does know wheelchairs.

I don't know the exact reason for the time in a wheelchair other then he was in the war. If I remember correctly the story was he tried to surrender and got his signals mixed up. Instead of extending both arms over his head, he confused by the moment, all that noise and hostility. Well he did a boo boo. He extended one hand and well, sounds crazy, extended just the one finger. Of course the opposition not familiar with the english language took offense and shot him.

Anyway thats the story I got. I think he lives somewhere in the town of Draper in Utah. Some talk that he took a PhD in advanced communications. Trying to get that finger bent the right way. Good luck.

    Cheers Lucius
