Mold....
I am interested in a house that I am going to see tomorrow. Only thing is the realtor said there is mold "present" on the property and I have to sign and addendum before entering the home. Should I assume the house is not just a fixer upper but needs a huge amount of work? This will only be my second project. First is now going into contract w/ a 63k profit!
so you mean I should have them get rid of the mold before I close on the house? Or before I try to resell it? Thanks for the advice.
