I pray for a bursting bubble. Market corrections are inevitable and beneficial for the overall health of any market, be it equity or real estate. Furthermore, the opportunities that would result for shrewd investors from a bursting bubble would be tremendous. Even better, it would weed out all the frauds. And Lord knows this market is brimming with frauds. A bursting RE bubble would be akin to the tech crash and subsequent bear market that throttled investors from 2000 - 2003. Sure, if you were long during the bear, you got throttled. But if you were short, you were laughing all the way to the bank. It's all about positioning, strategy, adapting, evolving, etc. One man's dung is another's ice cream sundae. I know I'm being cryptic, but experienced investors know exactly what I'm talking about.
