    I've recently joined a contractor doing rehabs. I work out the percentages for each property, get the cash needed to buy the rehabs.

    I'm wanting to keep this simple and realize I'll get a 1099S from the sale of each rehab.

    Here's my question - does anyone issue a 1099 to investors that may have provided cash to the deal?
