I am looking to build a relationship with a contractor to do all my rehab work in the NY area. I am part time doing @ 6 homes a year. Will be fulltime soon.

what type of houses you buy i hhave a 3 fam in queens ny selling 389k has 2 apartments vacant 1 is rent control
