Looking For Mold Property In So. Ca

Hi Folks, I'm a mold / property inspector and contractor. I looking for mold property in southern Ca.(or a good property deal) I have the capabilty to inspect the property for the out of pocket repair cost, ID the type of mold ( for health disclosure reasons) and address / repair/ remediate the mold problem. Than provide the buyer with a mold clearance report . Plus, I'm proficient at legal due diligent disclouser reports. I looking for properties to flip and potential investors.
