Looking For Finance In VA
Trying to find lender that can work with average credit score 640 for an investment property or to purchase as a first-time buyer.
I have a property located in the Hampton roads area priced at $190,000. Needs a little TLC, so may could offer less ($170,00) to start. Comps in area average out to about $225,000. Highest comp was $230,000.
Is there anyone in the VA or any lenders doing financing in VA that can get this project off and running. Looking to finance property and rehab.
