Looking For Advice On Liens, Judgements Etc

jrchp069 profile photo
I have a question regarding searching for Liens, Judgements, Owner(s) for a property that I am currently negotiating on. I want to be prepared and have no surprises arise. Is there a site that folks here have experience with that they will share with me. Also what is the difference between a tittle search and a O & E report if any. Thanks in advance for any help, hoping to get this done soon :).

That makes sense. I think location has a lot to do with it. Where I live now, the prices are dropping, but in different areas in Florida (West Palm, Port St Lucie, Tampa), the prices are increasing fast.

Yeah, theres plenty of under market, but their also in under market condition. All you need is money to fix them.

"Investing is about trends, and trends change. Savvy investor need to recognize the change and evolve accordingly."

Monk - that needs to be repeated over and over and over and over and over......!!

Money can be made in both directions of the market.

Real estate goes up and down based on markets and even micro markets. If your market sucks, find another one. Follow job growth, find pro-business counties/states that are open for business. Lots of new jobs= lots of new people.... get it?
