Local REI Clubs Don't Exist And,

Also, sorry about the breach of protocol.
If I want a RE penpal from another small town, where do I post it????
Also,
I am a bit overly worried about confiding in people who are part of the equation, such as contracactors, sellers, buyers, agents, bankers, etc.
That is why I posted what I did.
Again sorry and help me out a little please...I just joined a few days ago.

I'm sorry about your prior post getting deleted. Actually I though it was an interesting question. Let me try to work with you a little here.

One of the new services that we at TCI have talked about is working with people to get local REI clubs started. What would you find most helpful in terms of getting a group together?

We are in a county of about 100k population. In the 4 county area adjacent to ours the population is about 250k. It IS NOT like a metro area, though, where there is a large population to support a big, expensive club or group.
It would need to be informal and low cost. This one of the lowest cost of living parts of the country. MANY investors are just individuals.
    What do you think?
    Thanks,

You may want to start your own REI Club!
