Is Equity Sharing Still Used
I bought a book in garage sale and found it interesting" Equity Sharing" by Georgia Anderson and Sandra Lamb. I want to know if this is out dated material and if anyone has followed the authors and what is their latest books written. It sounds like it makes sense.
yep. sometimes it may be the only way to make a agreeable deal. sometimes if it's a great deal, for example, i will give the the owner some eq. after the tenant/buyer closes and purchases the prop..........km
