I am looking at a deal in Louisianna but know nothing about the area (I'm in NY) I want to do the deal but need advice???

    I do 90% of all my REI in louisiana, where are talking about?..I invest in New Orleans and surounding areas, Baton Rouge and surounding areas, Lafayette and surounding parishes..
