Hi, Is there any training video which teaches property inspection and termite inspection? I am not looking at being an expert, but just the basics when I walk thru a investment property.
There are posters on this board from Cupertino and Morgan Hill. Five bucks says they can find deals in San Jose. Just the stakes of the game are higher in the bay Area.
get creative if you dont have the money do some options, maybe to a TIC with the seller there are all kinds of ways to get going even in a high end market
