I Want To Buy Your House
Has anyone used an effective letter that states they want to buy a house from a non-resident owner? The city I am working in gave me a list of condemned homes in the area and the owners name and address. However, most of them have unlisted phone numbers. These are not foreclosures, just vacant dumps.
