I Want To Buy Two Properties
I have a home that I have owned for two years. I have never actually lived there. It is the only property I have a loan . I want to sell it and use the proceeds to buy two homes. One to rent out long term. The other to rehab and sell. I would like to repeat this process. I have rented properties for many years successfully. I want to rehab as a business now. I would like some feedback on what I need to know so that I can be ahead of the game. Thank You :-D
