How To Get Financing For Rehabbing?

If I buy a fixer upper where would I go to get a loan too purchase than fix the property?

Just search! I have found a lender in my area at the local REI club meeting. They will loan 80% LTV plus up to 80% of the rehab cost. Not a bad deal!
