House In Damp Area Too
hi guys, thought very important worth mentioning re: moisture. this house is just off lake michigan, and on very sandy soil.. you guys are in NC-( i travel there 2X yr.- gorgeous!-but definately the opposite soil probs!) i know everyone here has to dance around the moisture problem given our proximity to the lake, etc. -pegula
