Anyone from around Cleveland, do you have a home inspection company you'd recommend? I need someone who I can count on to spot anything major and who is reasonable.
Contact the American Society of Home Inspectors- a national organization that certifies home inspectors above and beyond any local requirements. They probably have a list of locally certified members for your area. Also make sure you are present during the actual inspection. You will get alot of verbal feedback and learn alot rather than just reading his checklist forms.

You may also call the local Board of Realtors and ask them if they have any active property inspection members.
Or you can also call any local real estate firm and ask them who they refer to their clients. They are generally happy to help!
