HELOC On Rehabbed Property
I would like to add to my portfolio of properties by buying wholesale-rehabbing then renting out to section 8. I am thinking that I could then pull out my equity with a HELOC to invest in other properties. Has anyone else tried this? Do HELOC lenders require seasoning?
