Has Anyone Heard Of Them?
Has anyone heard of TDP Advisors? Came across the site looking for hard money and they finally called be today.
They have a 30K buy in and then you share up to 30% of the profit of deals that are rehabbed and sold. As you become versed in their procedures and they feel you are reliable you can start doing Big $ deals for them. Are they legit? Any feedback would be great.

If you have 30K to buy in I will do it for half of that!
I am going to make a blanket statement. If you find any one that wants a big upfront fee and a % of your profit. STAY AWAY from them.
Use they 30K to do the deal and keep all of the profit.
