Has Anyone Bought Houses Through Homevestors?
I have seen several advertisements for them around the country. In my town, they often advertise homes for sale to rehabbers. Has anyone ever bought a house from them? Are they more or less a nation wide wholesaler? Any thoughts?

Thank you for your prompt reply! I guess what I am really asking, is are there any rehabbers who buy from them? I understand that they are a nationwide franchise, but could they still be a source of "deals"? Has anyone ever used them as a source for wholesale deals?
Do a forum search on them........I know there have been post about such but its been awhile and I dont recall the low down.

I have bought some of homes through Homevestors. I have built a relationship with them and they give me first shot at the homes that they know fit my profile. I do believe I pay a little more for their home than I would through an individual, but as long as I am ok with the purchase price, their profit is not my concern.
