I am searching for a HML through the web. I was just curious as to whether anyone knew of a company they would recommend. i am looking for one that will lend up to 70%LTV and base everything on the property, not on credit. If you know of one, I would appreciate some recommendations.

I also need a HML in Wisconsin for commercial at 60% ltv. Totally asset based.
Asset based is a different animal to a HML.
and it depends on the assets.
have you googled hard money lender?
70% is pretty agressive for this market.
There is a directory of lenders out there.
