Hard money investors Wanted
I am looking for straight lender types who want to make a good interest return but do not require participation in profit.
Over the past 5 years I have turned an average of two properties every 6 months. I have paid 10% on the loan and given 50% of the profit. Enough! From now on I will give a yield of 12% for period of time on the loan and that is it. I am capable of doing the fixup and marketing am a lic Real Estate Broker and the time has come to solo. 90% L/V prior to fixup. Require a rolling fund of $500,000 thats $60,000 a year. Yes it is true I make really good money, but the time has come. I have made enough lender types rich.
