Gross Estimates On A Couple Of Items, Please?
I can't seem to get any kind of quote in town without a lot of effort. I just want a very, very general guesstimate! I'm curious to know what a general range might be in a typical market (Austin, Texas) for the following:
Readjustment of pier & beam foundation
Replacement of roof and rotten eaves
Conversion from window units to CACH
That's it! ANY general ideas would be so appreciated.

I'm afraid that's pretty much an unanswerable question as you've written it.
Almost everything you do to a property is calculated off of sq. ftg.
How much for a/c and heat? I don't know, how big is the house? Is it wired to handle the extra load?
Roof replacement is based on area also. How many square feet of roof is there?
Readjustments of pier and post foundation... Is it a matter of someone going under the house and hammering a couple of post back in place, or do you have a serious foundation problem?
You should be able to make a few phone calls and have an exact cost to work with in a couple of days.
