Check out the Aranizer air purifiers in the Shopping area of this website. We use one during each re-rent. It takes pet odors, mold, paint and tenant smells away.

When it isn't being used for a re-rent, we use it our home. They say that the air quality in your home is much worse than breathing the air outside your home. The Aranizer gets rid of unwanted pollutants.

OZIUM- If you want a quick fix for 5 bucks, its the way to go. Its usually sold in the automotive section of stores with the car fresheners. Hospitals use it too. It's an aerosol spray.

PS- get the original kind, none of the smelly stuff

Steam clean the carpets, air out the home for a coupel of days, and install a scented air filter. Baby powder works like a charm. A fresh coat of paint helps too (people like that new paint smell)
