Getting Grants For Real Estate Investing
has anyone got a real estate grant to invest in real estate. the reason i ask this is because there is a program in maryland that helps one get grantss to invest in real estate. i been here on the forum for some time and i have not got my first deal yet. i been to real estate agents wanting to look at homes but would not show me anything with letter of aprovel.
Grants are available for first time home buyers to live in. There are investment grants UNCLE SAM helps some investors with. They are available but it takes a LOT of RESEARCH and paper work to get one. Send me an email of what you have in mind. I may have grant info for you.
most of the grants i found where for first time home buyer. i not looking to buy a home to live in now. i need to starting getting deals. thanks.

my mother is a grant writer and she says there are neighborhood redevelopment grants and all you have to do is look up what there guidelines for applying are and if you fit them you can apply...but they take time to apply for. My company is going to apply for one at some point in the future.
