Does anyone have a generic checklist they use when considering a rehab job. I know there used to be a good one in the freebie section here but I never saved it.

I'm just looking for a basic spreadsheet or the info I can build into a spreadsheet to walk through a home room to room and get a basic idea of what needs to be replaced. Does anyone have the one from the "freebies" section saved?
