Free & Clear House How Do I Find Money For Rehab?
Man it is so hard to find money from a private or hard money lender in pennsylvania it is driving me nuts. You see I own this house in Monessen PA and I dont owe any money on it but it aint worth much in the condition it is in.
I need a loan real bad to fix her up and was wondering if anyone knows of any private or hard money lender that offers loans on rehab with no credit checks, no income verify ... Heck just want to find someone to let me fix her up and sell her then pay them back from the proceeds of the house. This has taken me on a month long search already.
Anyone know of anyone who has money left to loan. Heck Ill pay good intrest rates if that is what it takes to get started.
