Fixing Up A 6 Bedroom Home

Hey, we are finishing up a 6 bedroom, almost 3000 sq ft home in a lower middle class neighborhood. We were always told not to get rid of bedrooms. Anyone have any good advice here?

Is there an opportunity to reduce the adjoining bedroom to the master so that you could creat a large master suite? If so, I think that might be a better selling point then a 6th bedroom. Contact your local realtor and ask them what they think would give you a good return on your investment - they know your local market.

I have a friend down there working with a couple investors overseeing the work and hiring of subs. I will get his land line number this afternoon and post it for you or you can email me.
