Finding Contractors
What is the best way to get an estimate on a house that needs rehabbed and how many estimates should I get? My gut tells me to get at least 3, although I'm not interested in paying alot of cash for some estimates only to find out that the property isn't worth my time. I took a walk through the a house that obviously needs tons of work, but I have no clue as to how much. Could be anywhere from 10k-50k, I just don't know.
If anyone knows any good contractors in Cincinnati that they trust feel free to shoot me a PM. Any help would be appreciated.

you should never have to pay for an estimate
