Finding Buyers
I was wondering, how many people here use the MLS to resell versus how many people find their own buyers and get them the loans themselves. An investor I know, and am learning from, seems to mostly find his own "ok credit " buyers and he has brokers that will lend to them, that way he can sell these house at max price quickly. Just curious how everyone here does business. Much appreciated. Thanks.
