Financing Options
I'm new to REI and have quite a few of the bases covered. What I'm having difficulty with is probably the most important base there is...financing.
If anybody has any suggestions that aren't using the Lender Finder Tool, please suggest ways that I might be able to find financing for my first project house.
Any recommendations will be appreciated.
