Experience With Homevestors Rehabbers?

I found out about these folks by calling one of their signs the other day. I guess they are in several areas in the country buying fixers and rehabbing. My first question is if you know anything about their franchises-profitablity etc... and if any of you have partnered with them on a rehab.

The only thing I know about them is they finance your purchases up to so many and up to so much. I don' t know if you get any actual leads from them or if you are responsible for generating all your own business.

I have gotten several emails from the wanting to know if I wanted to purchase leads from them blindly at $20 each. They are regurgitating the leads they are generating off a website, since what the show you is obviously from some homeowner, they come complete with mispellings and use of all caps. All they give you is a name and a reason why they are contacting homevesters such as "can't make the payments" "moving" ect...

    Garbage in garbage out.

I have noticed that some of the franchisors are selling un-rehabbed homes. Supposedly this is because they have too much work and just need to flip excess properties now and then.

Has anyone bought properties to rehad from them?

I would also be curious if anyone has bought an as-is property from Homevestors. I am having a difficult time finding any information on them since they are new in my town.
